This hardware kit is pricy, but it was worth it. With this I don’t need to see all the wires leading to the dash cam. I used a multi meter and found a fuse that had power when the key was in the ignition and now it turns on automatically when my key is inserted.

I bought a dash cam for my vehicle. I went to Best Buy and I needed that part. And they did a great job. Keep up the good work.

This kit was easy to install. It comes with a fuse splitter of sorts that you put into your fuse box. If you put it into a fuse that is only used when the car is running, it’ll automatically turn the camera on and off with the car. Then you attach the other lead to a ground, run the cables and you’re done. The cables that came with the kit are plenty long and I had lots of extra in my small car. I was able to hide it all out of sight with the help of some electrical tape.

The hard wire kit is fantastic. I love the security it provides having my dash camera hard wired to my auto because i no longer have an uncofortable wire hanging in my view while i drive. And i no longer need to hope my dash camera has enough of a charge at all times while i drive. Thsnk you.

Best Buy installed this 4 years ago to my dash cam and it still works flawlessly

This is actually the second one I have purchased (1 for each car ) I am just waiting for better weather to install it in my wife’s car. The one in my car works fine.

Bought this for the 322GW camera installing in 2014 Rav 4. Plenty of cable and all the connections for it. Only issue was the Rav 4 fuses are "low profile mini" style while Nextbase provides an adapter for "mini" fuses. Went to the auto parts store and bought a "mini" style in the amperage needed, EVERYTHING worked perfectly. One of the more easier aftermarket installs I've done.

This item is an upgrade that provides a seamless appearance for your car cams. If you want to not have your cords visible, or have the hassle of an ever-occupied cig lighter/charger spot, this is for you. It has made for a clean appearance and was certainly worth it to me!

I purchased two of these to make it easier to transfer my dash cam between vehicle and glad I did. No more hassle of unplugging and replugging the cigarette adapter every time I switch cars. This accessory makes the whole process seamless and saves time. If you use a dash cam in multiple vehicles, this is definitely a must.

This hardwire kit comes with everything you need to hardwire your Nextbase Dash Cam. Plenty of wire to reach the power distribution center(s) and a ground in order to keep everything hidden. Very clean install.

Easy to wire in - fuse taps work awesome. Makes installing the dashcam very seamless and neat.

Got this for my 2019 GMC 2500HD. The problem is this truck uses 3 prong fuses so if you want to use the add a circuit fuse adapter these don't work. Other than that everything went fine. Seems to be working well.

Nice and easy way to have constant power to your camera incase someone bumps your vehicle when you’re not around. It completely turns off the power unless it’s feels motion as long as it’s in parking mode.

They helped me install a camera to my car and this helps so that I dont need to charge the camera and it turns on when the engine is on

All the parts to install the rear camera. The cable goes from the front of my truck to the rear where the camera is mounted.

This wiring harness made wiring in the dash cam so easy. I could choose from constant hot power or power on with ignition just by choosing the right fuse. It offers two fuse type adapters too.

AMAZING and SO easy to setup. If you have some technical know how. And can easily and gently take apart the car. You will have no issues. Great product and company love my dash cam also.

Purchased this as part of the Nextbase 622GW bundle. Installed it in my 2014 F150 crew cab pick-up. Installation was straightforward. Plenty of wire/cable and the included tool was helpful in tucking this wire/cable in the headliner. On my F150 it did require pulling the A-pillar trim piece (two bolts; instructional video on YouTube was helpful) and I also had to purchase a micro fuse (the kit comes with both a standard fuse and a mini fuse; my F150 unfortunately meant I needed to obtain a mini fuse). Locating a good ground is essential for making this work (full disclosure - I had to drill a hole and install a sheet metal screw behind part of the dash by the passenger door). Once installed, works seamlessly with the Click&Go Pro GPS mount included with the dashcam.

Works great with the 622GW. Very thankful that BestBuy had it since Nextbase was sold out.
