No smaller size not good product. You can’t be satisfied with the sizing . But the value is little bit hight for a budget bike and low quality components.

Okay, time for a long winded review. I received this bike a few months ago and I wanted to truly test it before leaving a review. I got to 620 miles on the odometer, and my bike was STOLEN from the inside of a grocery store. Mind you, this was on Christmas eve. I have the Heybike app downloaded and the bike is supposed to lock when I walk away from it. I was just stopping in the store for a moment and didn’t have my physical lock on me that day so I just set the bike with the security guard and went to grab the one item I went to the store for. Low and behold, the app’s lock feature definitely doesn’t work and now I’m out of nearly $1200 and there’s nothing I can do. I have to take the bus to work now as I’m still paying this thing off. The bike was extremely loud and sounded as though the gears were grinding but I got used to it after I realized nothing was wrong with the bike and that’s just how it sounded. I had multiple people ask me what was wrong with it though. My other tiff with this product is you have to open the app and use it every single time you get on the bike. I had 620+ miles on this thing in 3.5 months and the app showed that I cycled 0 miles lol. I figured it would automatically sync but alas, I was wrong. To anyone thinking about it, just weigh your options as I’m sure there’s other brands who actually have their product app properly designed and who actually have a customer service team. I emailed them weeks ago and got no response. Happy shopping!
