My son had an issue with his scooter, but customer service at HiBoy knocked it out of the park. We needed to return it under warranty. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. If you an get this on sale and are really wanting an electric scooter, get this. I ride almost daily with my son just around the neighborhood for leisure. One time for an hour and 20 minutes straight and came home with 2 bars in the battery.

puechased here for quality so far so good. i had purchased another scooter for more money but the quality was low. the store was Curacao. plus there return policy is no good. i ended up giving the scooter to my nephew in hopes that it doesn't mess up on him.
