I am very satisfied. I assembled it right away at the parking lot as soon as I bought it and have been driving it without any problems since.

Assembly was rough. Ended up bending the front fender. I got roughly 40 miles on this thing before a big crack in the sidewalk unaligned the front handlebars and made it unridable. The front handle bars were always never aligned with the wheel. Neither it was my problem or ghe scooters i dont know.

I constantly have to have it charge also doesn’t last long when you do fully charge the battery

I had my U2 for 10 days I really liked it but I couldn’t go 4 miles to the beach and back unless I used the E and D speeds which are 11mph and 16mph if you use S or 20mph it would be down to the last bar and blinking after 5 miles. It then takes 5-6 hours to charge all for a 20min ride.

Product was missing a few nuts. This review would have been a 1 star had that spoiled my son's Christmas excitement, but luckily it was a standard M8x1.25 and I was able to use some from a bicycle. Manufacturer was quick to reply (within 24 hours) and send me replacements. Overall the build instructions leave a lot to desire. I wasn't able to easily find the YouTube video, but again, the manufacturer was quick to send me a link, but even still, there is some ambiguity with the assembly of the front axle. Seeing as there is really one a dozen steps or so, I'm not sure why they dont make a more detailed sketch of this critical component. Never the less, it was less than 1 hour to have it built and ready to ride. The set screw that holds the front axle aligned to the handlebars (when the neck is folded over) for me needed to be extremely tight. Our first go, I put it quite snug, but it became misaligned after a few rides. I had to realign and put some really good torque on it. It comes with a lengthy Allen key, and using this tool I got it about as tight as I could, with no extra leverage. All that aside, our middle schooler loves it! It has 3 settings for speed and is perfect for him to get comfortable learning to ride his 1st electric scooter. I would recommend this product to anyone who is at least slightly mechanically inclined, as the build is only needed once. As for the scooter itself, it seems very solid and worth the expense.

[Employee of bestbuy] I love how good the build quality is for the price; the whole unit is solid. Speed and range are above average for the price, as comparable scooters are typically hundreds of dollars more. My only gripe is that the front fender for the front wheel is a bit off centered in comparison to the wheel, but that could be due to my own error when assembling it. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but I think given the value on offer, I can forgive small things.
The e-bike itself performs beautifully — the motor is smooth and responsive, giving me just the right amount of boost on hills and longer rides. The battery life is impressive, lasting several days of commuting before needing a recharge. I also love the build quality: the frame feels solid, the brakes are reliable, and the ride is comfortable even on rougher streets.

I write it to work almost every day it's true to its battery and gets me from point A to point B pretty quickly

The HiBoy U2 Electric Scooter is a compact, seated electric scooter designed for urban commuting and leisure riding. It offers a comfortable seat, solid build quality, and decent speed and range for its price. Pros ✅ Comfortable Ride – The padded seat makes long rides more enjoyable. ✅ Decent Speed & Range – 20 mph top speed and 25-mile range are solid for urban commuting. ✅ Dual Drum Brakes – Provides strong braking performance for safety. ✅ Affordable – A budget-friendly option compared to high-end seated scooters. Cons ❌ Not Ideal for Off-Road Use – Works best on paved surfaces, struggles on rocky or gravel terrain. ❌ Limited Power – The 350W motor is adequate for city riding but may struggle on steep inclines. ❌ Some Users Report Issues – A few customers experienced rear tire flats and had to replace the inner tube

could not be happier; seat is comfortable,25 mile range is probably right. Longest I have gone is 14 miles and still had plenty of power. 20 mph is attainable, but I'm comfortable cruising at 15. Had quite a few complements on it,and more than a few intend to buy one.

I got the scooter for a way to get to work. It goes very fast and it easy to use. However, the seat doesn’t stay in place and it is super heavy to have to carry. Also there aren’t good instructions on how to put it together so it is a little confusing.

This scooter is awesome, and the price is not bad. Didn’t expect that it would be fast even on E mode. Power and distance as indicated. Bought it for my daughter, ended up buying another one for me. Great ride. The basket at the rear helps a lot for transport.

Perfect for short commute. My other half is using this to go to school and it has been amazing! No issues…only downside is its too heavy and assembly was hard. But overall, its a good product.

Reliable so far, using it for work and back about 4 or 5 mile round trip only uses up about one of the four bars of battery power. Everything was pretty easy to assemble and even thinking about purchasing a second one.
