Pros - Only 32in 1080p TV that i can find. Thats it. Cpu in this TV is very under powered. Interface is unusable. Youtube videos never load correctly. Plugged a fire stick into it now its usable.

I bought this Open Box, figured I'd save some money as it was going into our trailer. When the TV arrived I opened it because I wanted to check it out. I immediatly saw the the screen was cracked in two spots. Not sure if it was busted before they shipped it, or if it FedEx just doesn't know how to handle fragil items. Either way I was severly disappointed.
The only thing I can say that is possitive, the customer service at BestBuy was great! She helped me return the TV and get my money back.
DO NOT BUY Open box, just pay full price for a new one.

Great customer. Very knowledgeable sale agent very patient explain different models of items that i have purchased... the great thing about Best Buy is their Geek Squad once you purchased the warranty everything that you purchased going forward is covered. Awesome

I really wanted to like this smart TV, but it’s been nothing but frustrating to use. Every time I turn it on, it takes forever to connect to the Internet and refresh the home screen — sometimes it feels like I’m waiting several minutes just to start watching something. What makes it worse is that it constantly struggles to connect to my Wi-Fi, even though my router is literally in the same room. Once it finally connects, it works fine, but the setup time every single time is ridiculous. For something labeled as “smart,” it sure doesn’t act that way. Would not recommend if you value convenience or quick startup.

picture and sound is good, but the TV keeps kicking out of cable mode to antenna mode and need to reset the TV from start again every time this happens
