    Painfully slow. I regret this purchase and have little interest in using this TV because how slow it is. I've used cheap TVs before (Roku interface is incredibly faster) and I wanted this because I have a larger HiSense Android TV (H9G) and love the UI. This TV is awful.

    I bought this tv back in February 2022 it is now December 1st 2022 tv has been fine picture wise and audio wise but loses connection pretty frequently Do Not Recommend Buying if you plan on using Netflix and Hulu and all that after 3 episodes it will force close with a network error

    I want to love this tv worked great out of box easy to set up but the 2nd day I had it it refused to connect to my wifi it connect disconnect over and over day 4 still the same I have looked up every fix restarted tv factory reset it 5 times unhooked my wifi and the extender and it will not connect at all to the main wifi so far its what I bought it for. a 2nd monitor for my computer

    THE PRICE WAS DECENT. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS THE SOUND. IT CHANGES DURING PROGRAMS NOT SURE IF IT IS A FLAW OR THE ACTUAL SHOWS IN WATCHING.

    This TV lost picture after only 2 years. Also, Hisense TV does not have a guide. You can only see what's playing on your saved channels. What a joke.

    The screen and sound on this TV are fine, particularly for a bedroom TV. However, the interface is a constant cause of frustration. The menu has a huge delay on all apps and a common solution is to restart the entire TV to make it usable. We bought 3 TV's when we moved to a new house and this is the worst of the 3. The similarly priced TCL is much more usable.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Unless you have HDTV at home, the picture is not that great. In the store, the picture was wonderful: bright, crisp images. But at home, it is dull, lifeless. Wish we would have bought an LG like we had before the lightning strike happened. Will never buy an off brand again. Disappointed in Hisense.
