The sound was bad. The sound was louder than the voices. This made it difficult to clearly hear what is said when watching anything. I returned it to the store.

Purchased this to go with 2 other Hisense TV's that I use as computer monitors. The other Hisense were a great value and I figured this would be a perfect match.
TV only has presets for image, i.e. Movie, Game, etc. You cannot go in and change things like Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, etc. You can only use the presets making it impossible to match it with the other two TV's which do have this functionality. Returned and replaced it with a nice TCL 43" which is a far superior TV.

I bought this tv in April and thought it was great. Fast forward four months and it glitches all the time. It will lag-and it is not my WiFi. It will start lagging so I go to turn it off and the button on my remote doesn’t always work so I go to unplug the tv and it stays on. The screen will turn off but the sound keeps going then I unplug it. I wish I could return it for something else

The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
