I recently was able to get her wi-fi internet and thought it would be a good idea to update her old tv to this new smart tv. This opened up a whole new world for her! She still has her cable but now she streams shows as well. Now, she has not had any issues with the tv so far. The only thing we noticed was the picture quality is not as good as I thought it would be. Looks worse on streaming but that may be due to the slower streaming speed. Don't know. Simple to use for her which is nice. Good tv, Would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased online and the process was pretty easy. I use my internet to watch regular tv shows and movies that are provided by the many free apps.

It’s a great tv but gave it 3 stars because to change display and sound settings you have to go to the home screen, change settings, then open up the app you were using. If you don’t like you settings choice you have to go back to home and redo process. Rocky for example let’s you switch settings while. Idea is playing to view the difference. Also it takes time to load. The day I bought this tv the screen went black a couple of times. I turned it off then back on, restarted internet etc. I pay well for at&t internet with router in same room, so there should be any reason some of the apps and icons are slow to load.

If I get 5+ years out of them I’ll stay a happy customer and buy again when needed.

It seemed to be switching hi and low volume every second. I returned it and since they didn't have another one, i had to spend a little more to get a Toshiba and couldn't be happier. Much better TV.
