    Colors ok screen comes off a bit dark. As far as qled goes it does the trick but there’s much more to be desired. For the price it is good I guess.

    Phone customer service was outstanding, second person. first person was not in this country and let the store asst. manager bully her after she said that the item was returnable to the Brandon store. Second rep my wife had no problem with, she even sent us prepaid postage she went above and beyond CS. Bottom line if you purchase a television from best buy have them turn the device on in the store.
