This is ridiculous. "Open-box excellent" my foot. Not only did I receive the TV without a power cable or remote, the TV was broken in 2 places upon opening from a poorly wrapped package and is completely unsavagable. I bought this item for my elderly grandparents and planned to set it up for them when moving into their new house. Never could I ever expect such little effort into something so simple. This is possibly the end of my business with Bestbuy.

DO NOT BUY! Not even two months into owning this tv and the screen is now flickering and the image moves up and down. What a waste of money

Tv is terrible first time switching brands never will I do it again. This tv messed up with not even using it for 4 times.

I recently purchased the Hisense 43" QD6 Series Hi-QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV and I’m extremely impressed with the overall quality, especially for the price. The picture is bright, sharp, and colorful, with the quantum dot display really making colors pop. 4K content looks excellent, and even regular HD shows upscale nicely and look crisp. The Fire TV interface is fast and easy to use, with all the major streaming apps available right out of the box. I really like the Alexa voice remote — it makes searching for shows and switching inputs quick and convenient without having to type. Sound quality is better than expected for a TV this size. It’s clear and plenty loud for everyday viewing, and while a soundbar would enhance it, it’s definitely not required. Setup was simple and only took a few minutes. The TV feels lightweight but well built, and the design looks sleek and modern. It fits perfectly in a bedroom or living room setup. Overall, this TV delivers excellent picture quality, solid performance, and great smart features at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable 43" 4K TV with great value.

This was the perfect replacement TV for my bedroom; just the right size, the picture is great, and the setup was very simple and fast. No extra fire stick needed! The wi-fi connected very quickly.

I'm beyond happy with this tv! Set-up was super simple and the voice remote with Alexa feature is a useful bonus. All of our favorite apps were already on the home screen and there is a channel guide in the live option, with a lot of viewing options. Due to the QLED - Quantum Dot Color technology, the colors are so vibrant and the picture clarity is perfect. This tv offers modes for different viewing themes, which is pretty cool! The audio quality is exceptional as well, due to the Dolby Atmos surround sound. I personally didn't feel a need to add a sound bar since I have it in a bedroom, but I imagine doing so could take it to the next level. I've only had it for a couple of days and am looking forward to taking a deeper dive into all of the other functions this television offers! I would highly recommend this tv to anyone who's looking for an exceptional tv at a really affordable price point.

I live in a one bed and bath so i dont need a ton of space, but this tv is kinda perfect for those small areas. It's got a good width on screen it comes with wifi connectable to multiple apps in the tv so no need for a roku. But you can connect one cause it has hdmi ports and the audio is really good too. I had a toshiba fire tv last time stupid things picture was always dull. This one has brighg sharper picture but than again i dont buy tvs over 500 bucks so great budget tv with higher level of amenities i suggest it just get the protection program if you think it wont last 3 years

My tv was delivered very quickly. It was simple to connect. It synced with my direct tv in minutes. The picture is outstanding! The sound is about average. I’m very happy with the quality at the price I was charged. Thanks Best Buy! I would buy this again. Highly recommend!

Great picture, easy to use remote. Has many apps already preset on the remote for easy quick access. The picture is super clear and great quality. Easy to set up.
