I couldnt get anybodys help in solving these problems .I ended up returning tv.

Extremely slow response to commands and would randomly switch back to home screen. Had to return it and switched to the TCL OLED with a better picture and more responsive system.

The price was right and most of the reviews were good. It has great screen color and contrast. The set up went smooth. I am pleased with the purchase.

It’s an incredibly slow TV menu interface Visually, it’s fantastic . If it was anything other than a bedroom TV, this would be a 3 star

This is my second Hisense TV and definitely no the last. The price is reasonable and the picture doesn't disappoint. It certainly is equal to the more expensive brands.
