    This tv had a great picture with very good color, however after 8 days, apps started dropping out while watching tv, and I would have bring the app back up. I decided I would have to return, then before I could return, the speakers stated buzzing and then quit. I returned to Best Buy and chose a different brand.

    Difficulty with captions using antenna

    I have tried to get captions when watching live tv through an antenna. I’ve done everything that the instructions on the tv said and even asked someone on the Best Buy geek squad with no luck.

    Everytime I Play My PlayStation 5 system The Volume Level Is So Low I Have To Put Volume Level 15 Just To Hear It And The Steaming Apps I Have To Put Volume Level 10 Just To Hear It So I Wouldn't Recommend This TV.

    Took a chance on the Hisense 43” that I never heard of before. BIG mistake. Frustrated with setting it up and does not work well with Xfinity Streaming. Could not get rid of Closed Captioning even when it said it was OFF. Exchanging it today for a model thdt works! Dont make the mistake I did when I bought this garbge.

    Product delivered damaged. For my 93 yo mother who was in FL for the winter came back when we opened the box it did not work. Best buy refusing to replace

    Purchased 4 100” TV’s from Best Buy.com. There was a promotion for a free 43” TV FOR EACH PURCHASE. However, since I purchased them on 1 sale, they only allowed 1 free TV. Not only that, I had to call Best Buy after the sale and request the free TV’s, Person on the phone told me to go to the store and work it out, I went to the store, zero help and never got the free TV’s. Amazon next time.

    Glitchy/ inefficient/ slow. Brand new

    Was looking for a smart tv that was cost effective and efficient. The tv has issues loading and tends to glitch. Ive had to clear out the applications cache and delete apps to have the tv run somewhat bearable. Ive had the tv for roughly two weeks and there already issues. Would not recommend this tv and would advise the team to not recommend it to other customers like me.
