It’s the first laptop I have ever purchased. I love how fast received it when I went into the store. I got it at great price. I got a bundle( laptop, Microsoft suite and a case) for $315. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

The picture is great, but we are having issues with audio. At times it sounds fine, then out of nowhere it sounds like the bass has stopped, making is sound like a cheap transistor radio.

Black Screen of Death..

Researched it all over the web, and apparently, this brand is notorious for dying suddenly within a year and a half or 2 years.

TV was also wrapped in bumble wrap not a box of any Kind. It was an open box item but I expected this to be better wrapped. The TV is very nice! My sister loves it.
