The TV doesnt work all of a sudden. Now i. 2024. Not worth the buy

Great tv.. using this since more than year now…….. clarity is good, sometimes remote volume button stop working and there is no manual volume button on tv

Good for the price. After some time, it will freeze randomly and get buggy. Not much out there in this range. I’d go for a smaller screen but a more reliable OS and brand.

I just installed it yesterday, it was an easy set up. The sound is kind of ehh but if you go on setting and select theatre mode it gets a little better.. definitely going to buy a soundbar next. the picture is nice, perfect for gaming (since the sound comes from the headset instead of the tv) volume is the major con, visual is good as long as you use it for console gaming. would not recommend to someone wanting to watch HD movies on. Like You will still enjoy the movie but there are better tv options for that.

this has a great picture and many great features. The only issue has been that it'll delay or freeze between switching apps. It'll require being powered off which sucks.

Initially, the tv was great, good picture and good sound. Then the sound settings started to jump between the different settings while watching a show. I would change it back to the normal setting and it would change it back to speech. I checked the sound settings and changed it to where it wouldnt change, but still changed. I checked the settings on the satellite receiver as well, but all was fine. Also, the tv will just randomly turn off. I checked for updates and also reset it, but it still does it. The TV will get stuck when on the main screen or changing settings and you have to unplug the TV in order to get it to turn back on. I tried to calling BestBuy geek squad and they told I needed to talk to Hisense to get it repaired or replaced. I told them, I had the Bestbuy 2 year warranty plan and they said, for the first year I had to speak to Hisense...So think about that before getting the warranty.

The TV works well for the expectations. It runs Android OS well, and it has great picture. It looks really good in bright rooms. The picture struggles a little more in dark rooms, the blacks and Grey's struggle to be as precise with the overall brightness of the tv. The speakers were the dark horse of this tv. They are crisp and plenty loud. Sound great playing music and movies. The composite components connection is in a bit of an inconvenient position but was still be able to be plugged in with the TV mounted on the wall. Overall I am happy with the product.

You get what you paid for. At 240 dlls, it sure does the job of a regular TV. It does have some problems, WIFI keeps disconnecting every time I had to use an Ethernet cable. Android TV is painfully slow. Image seems good to me. If you are looking for excellence you will definitely will have to spend a few more bucks.

Excellent value. Plenty of apps. Easy to navigate. Audio mediocre. Slightly glitchy software.

Once you get it going the picture and sound is not bad. But it is a chore every time I want to use it. Slow boot-up. Remote doesn't always work properly. I wish I spent a little more money and bought a better TV.

The quality and features on this unit are more than expected for this great price.

This tv was a great deal! The picture is clear and the volume is great. I’ve dealt with a lot of flat screen TVs having horrible volume, but this one is perfect. The set up was a little lengthy. Very light weight. Definitely worth the money! This is my second Hisense tv and have had no problems.

I have had this TV for 3 months. The remote does what it wants some times. Volume goes up when it wants. The scrolling goes when it wants. It shuts off by itself every so often. Other than that it is good quality.

This tv is really amazing! I’m giving it 3 stars because it did freeze on me. Besides that, sound and picture is amazing. Easy to setup and will best be enjoyed by android Phone users. Great deal overall.

The TV worked great. The only drawback is the storage. It only has 4GB of storage. If you install a couple big games you’ll get a space warning to freeup space. I added an external usb drive. Only problem you may have to power down the tv everytime to make the usb is attached correctly

I am thourghly in love with this purchase. Picture, sounds are the best. I would say the remote could use a little bit of help. I have experience with Android TV boxes and find the navigation a little un wielding. Over all very satisfied.

I needed a new tv, and had a minimal budget, this tv is great for the price I was very surprised, but Android tv is terrible picture quality is great though

Good TV for the price, Remote kinda sucks after a year, and TV memory keeps running out. but not bad for the time of purchase

Great tv, great quality for the price, I am very happy with the quality for the use I have, maybe not the best but I don't use it like that so for the price and casual user this is awesome.

I've only had this TV for a few days but I love it. Beautiful picture quality out of the box and I absolutely love that they're using the Android operating system. I don't even need to bother with my Roku now. I can use that somewhere else. Just one of the many things I love about this TV is that I have lots of movies I have downloaded and some default to languages other than English but the Hisense media player chooses English no matter what order it's placed on the media file. Delivery was one day and the price was unbeatable...don't even need to wait for Black Friday now. Thanks Best Buy!
