The reviews about glitches or the TV running and processing slow are accurate. Wish I would’ve just purchased another Fire TV because the picture quality may be a slight improvement, it is not worth the lag or lack of features compared to a Fire TV

Slow, Lag, and Glitchy

I bought it to replace my bedroom tv that I’ve had for 10 years that only JUST started acting slow and crashing. This tv I bought brand new and its slow and laggy. Returning. Dont waste your time.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This 55" Class U6K Series Mini LED Quantum ULED Google TV is great, and also very budget friendly. Picture, sound, display, and accessibility are wonderful. Connecting my daughters XBOX was fairly easy. We also tend to stream from a bunch of different streaming services/apps, (Netflix, hulu, peacock, apple tv etc..) I have noticed that when I downloaded all of these apps the TV does lag a little, its very slow and buffers allot when streaming. It would probably not be the best to have so many apps downloaded, performance on that point needs a little work, but its not a deal breaker for us. Sound quality is surprisingly amazing, I do not need to use any other speakers with the TV Picture/display quality is nice and bright -the colors are so vibrant and colorful and makes the TV watching experience even better. Other than the lagging of apps, the TV is wonderful, we are even thinking of mounting this TV on our deck for those late-night movie nights. I currently own 3 Hisense TVs and this is the best so far!

First and foremost, a fundamental flaw with the Hisense Smart TV is its inability to maintain a stable viewing session. Users frequently report the aggravating experience of the TV automatically reverting to the home screen, irrespective of what they are watching. This issue isn't just a minor hiccup; it significantly disrupts the viewing experience, making it nearly impossible to watch anything without interruption. The Hisense Smart TV has a problem when streaming on Netflix – the screen goes black and then redirects to the home page. This isn't just an occasional glitch; it's a recurring problem that makes the TV not work. Performance-wise, the TV leaves a lot to be desired. Slow frame rates and an unresponsive feel are common complaints. This sluggish performance is particularly noticeable in the menu where it takes up to 10 seconds to load.
