I’ve had this TV for about a month and so far I’m impressed. The color, contrast, brightness, and near OLED black is really beautiful. Even though I don’t use it, the Google OS is really nice. So if you’re using the built in smart TV, it looks really nice, fluid, and responsive.

I had this TV for almost a month. Picture quality is stunning with deep blacks and superior contrast. This TV sounds awesome too with its inbuilt subwoofer, you won't need a soundbar for most of the daily viewing. Overall it's a great TV, well worth the price.

Nice picture. Some volume issues with Xfinity Flex

Setup spec: PS5, Xfinity Flex Box, Samsung sound bar Bought this primarily for gaming. Very clear picture for the most part but do have some trouble adjusting it depending on the source. Trouble i.e. can't quite get it to be as bright, crisp and clear as the built in screen savers. These would be TV shows/movies streaming through the Xfinity Flex box. The TV does detect the type of picture streaming (HD, HDR, Dolby Vision etc.) and gives you the options available to make adjustments but just can't seem to get that perfect picture. Possibly due to the Flex box. Colors get severely washed out when viewed at angles. Excellent for gaming (PS5) due to very low display lag. Easily passes the "just frame" test for fighting games. Biggest issue seems to be the volume might not work the first time you load a movie/show. Then you either have to back out of the app then start again, or maybe power down the system then turn it on again. Basically some type of reset has to happen but not always the same every time. I highly suspect it does have to do with the Xfinity Flex box. Still overall happy with purchase as can bee seen as a budget friendly LG C3.

Purchased for amazing sale price. Picture and sound are stellar especially the picture. Very easy to set-up out of the box and configuration of the V stand made it unnecessary to buy another TV support consul.

Great tv. Had OLED and went through 2 burnin issues with panel. Looks great on vivid, don’t use light sensor if you want to keep the picture bright. Only issue is side views but seems to be better after last update. Great sound system with sub built in!

I was looking for something better than a gaming monitor to accommodate both of my consoles PS five and Xbox series X without a doubt this is one of the best TVs not only because of its price but because what you’re getting for the price perfect pick if you’re a gamer!

Best all around tv for the money. Great picture quality, very bright, surprising sound quality. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the panel tech they used does not have good viewing angles, just a few degrees off center degrades the picture, washing out colors severely. Would consider buying again for another room

The TV has a fantastic image with excellent contrast and vivid colors. The blacks are awesome. Not OLED level but pretty close. The TV has a multitude of settings to adjust for the best image but will automatically select the best quality if it detects preset Dolby vision and Atmos settings which I found to produce excellent results. There is a Filmmaker mode that will remove all post processing and show you the movie as intended by the Director. There is a bit of unevenness in a solid grey screen, but overall the image quality and reproduction of color is excellent. Mini-LED is the way to go if you do not want to break the bank or work as much about screen burn in the OLED suffers quicker than other display tech.

I had a 55" Hisense TV that lasted 14 years and had a great picture (for back then) along with good features so I was looking for the same thing when mine finally died. I did a ton of research and for the price, this was a great deal. Lots of great and good reviews. The picture and features are awesome. The TV picture is definitely designed for brighter rooms, but there are many adjustments you can adjust it to fit your personal viewing environment. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because of picture fade when watching the TV from an angle, which starts at about 20 degrees off from direct viewing. We watch the TV pretty much straight on so this has not been an issue for us. Another reason is that the TV will randomly turn off. You have to go into every setting possible and make sure every option for the TV to sleep, go to screen saver, or go into auto shutoff, in every connected device as well, is set to off or never. I think I finally have it set right. All in all a very nice TV with good sound.

January we bought the U8H for my son's room. On on 7/20/23 we purchased the U8H for $799. At that time the U8H was $649.99. having both I feel the U8K is brighter especially in some background images. Where they seem to come off a little dirty or dingy are now clear and brighter. Definitely worth $150 difference. Again prices might be different when you read this. All in all they're both great TVs. The U8K is an improvement and such a beautiful TV!!

This tv does everything I want it to do and has good brightness but the downside is that the ram seems to fill quickly and causes occasional stuttering. I have 1GB connection speed so its not my internet causing the stutter, and I only use TV apps like Hulu and Netflix or HDMI arc for 120fps gaming.

Looking for a 55” mini led smart tv. After researching all options it was between the U8K and the Samsung QN90C at twice the price. Took a chance on the Hisense and I’m not disappointed. Quality picture and easy to use. It’s definitely the best tv we’ve ever owned.
