    This has been a wonderful television! Great sound! Fantastic brightness! Stellar sound! Worked fine every day until August 31st 2024 when it completely died due to a system board failure. It has been a good 4 years though.

    Got the 75 inch tv on feb 2021. Worked great the first few years. Started glitching out alittle. Reseting on its own and dropping out of apps. Wasnt all the time but today it just starts for 15 sec then the screen goes grey for a minute then shuts off. No factory reset on back of tv and when its on for 15 sec i race to get to factory reset setting on screen click it and nothing happens but the screen goes grey. 4 years for the tv to go dead.

    Connecting Audio Output using the ARC HDMI Output

    The TV was easy to setup and picture quality is good. This model is a ''Black Friday' special only offered at BB - so there are limited options within Settings. Documentation provided is minimal and says that the ARC HDMI Output acts like a normal HDMI port however after many hours of trying to make it work I have discovered that the ARC HDMI Output must be connected to a device (i.e. sound bar or receiver) that also supports ARC HDMI Inputs. Connecting the ARC HDMI Out to a non-ARC device does not work - the Audio Output Settings cannot be changed to anything but the 'TV Speaker' setting. To output audio to a receiver or sound bar it must be ARC HDMI compliant. A user manual would greatly improve setup and ease of use.

    Looks Nice, but cheap on the inside...

    The TV is nice looking. Thin and lightweight. We loved the picture quality and the apps. We loved the TV.... but we have only had it 2 years and the screen has gone out on it twice. The first time it wasn't even a year old and luckily was still under warranty. They sent someone to fix it and what they had to do to fix it wiped the whole TV so we had to reset everything up. He had to replace some board that works the screen. Well at least it was fixed right? Now almost 2 years later (only about a year since the last fix) The screen goes completely black again. The remote won't work, there is no sound. The light on the sensor/power button just blinks. We have always bought "name brand" but decided to go with something different since the price so was great for the size! Not anymore. I guess the saying is true. You get what you pay for. Our first Vizio smart TV has lasted us 10 years. It's still going strong in our bedroom. We will never buy a Hisense or other off brand TV. Instead of trying to have it fixed again we went with a Samsung. Hopefully it was give us longer than 2 years without issues.
