Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $629 for the TV right before the Super Bowl weekend. BBUY delivered the TV in 2 days. The lowest price to date was $599, so I think I did relatively okay :) Consider the price paid, this is an excellent budget friendly 75" TV. The built-in speakers are a bit "plain" and I would suggest to pair the TV with a sound bar (just about any sound bar would be better than the built in speakers). Picture quality is very good if you have 4K content - I don't believe the TV would be up-conversion so from time to time you will see grainy pictures if the original picture is less than HD. The included remote is Bluetooth enabled, so you can control the TV even when the remote is not directly pointing at the TV. Even though the TV support Bluetooth, trying to pipe sound to a BT headset was not very successful - the sound was very spotty. The UI would get sluggish once a while, but a quick restart (long press on the power button on the remote) takes care of the problem. The TV runs on Android TV 9, but Google is now moving to Google TV, which is based on Android TV 10 (https://www.howtogeek.com/693826/whats-the-difference-between-google-tv-and-android-tv/). Not sure if HiSense will be providing firmware update on their website. However, once you update all the built in software to the latest version, you are pretty close to the Google TV experience. Overall, as long as you are not too picky, this is a very good value for the money.

Good picture but glitchy

Doesn't have enough storage space on the TV for my streaming services and crashes half the time. The picture quality and sound are amazing but the Android software is outdated and slow.

Worst TV ever! DO NOT BUY Hisense.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Nov 2020, starting having issues 2022 and now it doesn’t even turn on as of Feb 2024. Hisense is basically a scam on products. I tried looking for a solution to fix it and it seems to be universal for everyone online. Throw away and buy a better brand. Hisense support told me to “trying unplug for a minute and then turning back on”… like that will fix it… Setting do not save, it turns itself off randomly, it flashes/glitches out from black screen or to screen saver when trying to navigate the Home Screen. It won’t let you switch input channels, it won’t let you do any factory reset, I tried to do a hard reset override, I’ve tried debugging, I’ve entered service codes… NOTHING works! I’m as about tech savvy as you can get when it comes to overriding program issues, this is a hardware problem that seems to be all too common. I don’t think the TV is worth spending more money on to fix the internal issues. If Hisense doesn’t want to go out of business, they should back up their products that crap out after less than 4 years when this is an on going product issue. If Hisense was a car manufacturer, they would need to issue a recall on defective products but in this scenario, all their products seem to be defective according to the internet. Sad that I have a 15 year old 32” Vizio smart tv that is still going strong. Looks like it will be my main source once again. Enjoy becoming the next BlackBerry!

Hisense 75” Tv junk after 3 yrs
