    Bought a 75in TV about 3 years ago and have been dealing with a headache the past week. Screen went black but still has sound. There is no reset button on it and the customer service is horrible. I have 3 other TVs in my home different brands and I have never had an issue with any of them. One of them is over 10 years old and works perfectly fine. Don't buy this crap from Hisense unless you want a product that'll last you just until the warranty expires!

    After 2 1/2 years, this tv no longer works. The power board needs to be replaced and we might as well get a new tv. I do NOT recommend!

    Tv was going along great, then the screen just stopped working with no warning. Tv was fully functional when we turned it off last night, now the screen is completely dead. Still has sound coming out of it, but no picture at all.

    I love this tv the screen is amazing the colors are amazing the tv is so skinny It’s a great size the way the screen really shows everything so clear it’s like nothing I’ve seen before

    This is a low quality tv that breaks within 2 years. I watched this tv only three times during the holidays when family comes over since it is in the living room and I have tvs in all my bedrooms. I called Hisense within the two year’s warranty period and they wouldn’t send a tech to fix it; claiming the warranty is one year when Best Buy claims it’s two years. Terrible company and product. Buyers beware!

    got one on black friday and im super impressed with this tv set. large, great picture, thin bezel and comes with chromecast. cant ask for more with a 75” screen for sub $600. thanks.

    Have only had for a day but I can say this, coupled with the Nvidia Shield Pro, this TV is possibly the best viewing experience you can have for the money. Very bright and clear. Only con is no RCA outs but it does have digital out. We will see how long it lasts. I want to also say, I was a little hesitant about a 75" tv. Well, that hesitation was unfounded. In my fairly large and well lit living room, it is about 14 or 15 feet away and looks marvelous. It's almost like going to a movie theater.

    Purchased in November 2020 and backlight went out in February 2023. The picture is not veiwable and this cannot be repaired.

    Have Had this TV now for a little over three years and the picture stopped working; can hear the sound but no picture. In all my tears I have NEVER had a television to stop showing the pictures. This was my first and last Hi-Sense purchase.

    This tv has been nothing but problems from the start. I have had to unplug and plug it back in countless times over the last couple years. Customer support was no help. Now after about 2.5years it died. Now to buy another 75” tv and deal with getting it mounted. Hisense NEVER AGAIN

    I wanted to really like this TV. The picture is very good for the price, and the sound quality is actually better than the Vizio sound bar I had been using. BUT, the Android operating system is TERRIBLE. It constantly forgets sign in information, it apparently does not have enough memory to handle all Apps and it is sluggish in operation. It is so bad that I will probably get a Firestick or some some other TV box and use that.

    Winning a $400 giftcard would be quite nice! So i could have them fix this TV i bought that took a whole year before it died!! I would give a lower score if i could! DO NOT BUY HISENSE!!!! It is just NOOOOT worth the price difference!!

    Tv went black screen and audio only. Purchased Oct. 2020. I’ve never purchased a TV with a life span this short. Sadly I read through the reviews and seen this is a very common issue. I’m happy I purchased a 5yr protection plan.

    Do not buy. Hardware craps out after 2 years and they refuse to service it after the one year warranty is up. The TV is completely useless and customer support is as well.
