    Stay away from Hisense TV.

    2yrs and 4 months and now the interface doesn't work due to storage space running out. I bought total of 3 Hisense in the past 2 yrs and i will never ever buy it again, Beware of this bootleg fake brand.

    Remote of this TV is worse. I have already purchased 3remote. Tv received command too slow and remote keys are hard to press.

    I purchased my Hisense 75" Flatscreen back in September of 2020. The TV worked like a champ and we did all we could to make sure it was excellent condition. A couple weeks ago, the backlighting went out on half the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday. Unfortunately, all the factory resets did not fix the issue. I expected for the price that this TV that it would be good to go, but it seems as though they use mediocre components and charge "Sony" and "Samsung" prices. If you are looking or a large flat screen, save your money and purchase from a reputable company. You will thank yourself later.

    Didn’t last 2 1/2 years! Black screen of death at just over 2 years. Definitely wish I would have paid more for one that would last a little bit.

    Does not work with Alexa.

    We specifically bought this because it was such a great price at $599 and said it worked with Alexa. We got it home and spent 4+ hours trying to get it to work. The skill Hisense has made does not work well with Alexa. It kept dropping immediately. We returned it the same day and got a Samsung. That TV hooked right up without any problems. If you don’t care about having it work with your Alexa devices it does have a good picture but don’t but it if you want it to work with Alexa.

    No Channel Guide on this TV - BIG Problem

    I was prepared to give this 4 stars since this is a good TV and the picture is OK for the price. But the big problem I have with it is that there is no function to view a guide to see what is on network TV. Now if I want to see what will be on (Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC or PBS) in the evening, I have to go to one of my old TV's that, of course, have this basic function to see what shows are on so I can decide to watch a movie on Netflix or stay with the networks. There is no EPG button on the remote & going through the settings for an hour was no help.

    Ok.. spend more money for quality

    Tv picture is ok.. can tell its a cheap tv.. only had it 2 weeks and already having to unplug it from the wall to get it to power up.. should of just bought a Samsung

    This is to let people know to not keep high expectations on Hisense support team. Hisense support team is very rude and bullies! They don't acknowledge issue and keep repeating same stuff to download TV’s Firmware or they blame it on customer or internet company conveniently. Had to narrate whole problem from beginning when I call each time regarding buffering issue in few TV apps (netflix etc) even with very good 100 Mbps connection and that too only when TV got connected to internet (tried both wired/wireless) to confirm that issue is in TV Set. They are so dumb and keep repeating to get issue verified with my internet company even there is no problem with other devices. Had my internet company technician visited and confirmed no issue with internet coverage and speed. But still this incompetent Hisense support team keeps repeating same template that it is not their issue and asks to either download same TV firmware again & again or to check with internet company and denied any support in the very first year of TV purchase had to get eventually another company TV which is working very fine without buffering issues . Any Money spent on Hisense is waste due to their incompetent support team.

    I got this tv as an anniversary gift in July. I previously had a hisense tv with no issues. Well this one has given me nothing but issues. It started off with the tv freezing and I would have to unplug it. Then it would switch to store mode out of nowhere. Now I can’t even use the tv. It turns on and gets to the hisense screen like it’s loading up and just shuts off completely. I’ve been going back and forth to get this fixed for over two weeks now. Finally someone is suppose to come out on the 3rd to try and fix it. I will never recommend this brand to anyone again.

    Cheap TV

    Got this on sale for $599 and its probably work just about that - maybe a little less. The picture is okay, but the main issues are the functionality. The remote is slow/unresponsive most of the time. It makes difficult to change channels or raise/lower the volume. HDMI input #2 does not work. Whatever is plugged into this input periodically loses connection. The quality of the TV is just about the lowest standard possible.

    This TV is no good my tv only worked well for 3 months and it went out it stopped working for no reason. When i turned the turned the tv back on the screen went black with red triangles on the top of the screen and a blue line. after that happen the tv did not work anymore. after this experience I will never buy a Hisense tv anymore buyer be aware don't waste your money on this tv brand go for a LG or Samsung instead.

    I bought the 65” 1 year and month besides the apps constantly slowing down and freezing. I now have a horizontal line through the television. So if you do purchase buy all the warranty you can . So disappointed, I owned Samsung’s for years I should’ve stayed with them... You get what you pay for

    Very disappointed in my 75 tv. It freezes, no sounds, jumps from tv to internet. Tech has come out 3 times to replace motherboard & still doesn’t work! I cant access internet on my tv now! I will never buy another Hisense TV again!

We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up, having no sound, and the unit switching between apps and regular TV. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
