I bought this TV to replace one so far it's been the worst money I've ever spent on a tv. It responds like I'm on dial-up internet the apps don't respond quickly even though I'm on 1 GB internet. It operates so slowly it was not worth any amount of money I've ever paid for it. And nothing I can do makes it any better. I wish I could get my money back because I would spend the money on something much better. Don't waste your money or your time

I regret the purchase. I have only had it less than a month. I chose Hisense thinking it would be part of Roku like my other TVs, but it is not.
1. Picture either lags/jumps
2. Constantly kicked out of apps like Fandango Home and Paramount plus which I found afterwards is common with this tv.
3. Screen dims and brightens
I usually buy my tvs at another store, but decided to give Best Buy a try and unfortunately I regret it.

great price, but the aux av did not work, and the picture of dvds was soap opera poor. i called for assistance (best buy), and they said i would have to call Hisense. they offered no assistance post sale. these new tv's need a warning on the box "WILL NOT PLAY OLD SCHOOL MEDIA WELL" i dont see the value or use if they do not include ALL media play back. a very POOR tv unless you embrace all the new expensive services, including them watching your viewing...TV was free when i was young, networks competed for your viewing

I have had this t.v for 2.5 months. The remote goes crazy and starts pressing a bunch of buttons when no one is even touching it. When I called the company to let them know they told me “yeah that’s a common problem we have been having.” They told me they don’t make the tv remote so I will have to go and try to return to the store. Sooo frustrating and a waste of money!!

It’s already acting up, and I have not had it a month. When I use the remote for my fan, my Tv pulse. It takes a long time coming on, do to Loading… I think I should have got another brand.
