Beautiful picture, lightweight, easy to use… but it is VERY fragile. The first one was damaged in the box so we exchanged it- not wirhout some grief and side-eye feom the best buy staff. But- a manager really helped us and we got the second one home, mounted and all was well. Within the first few days, a flick from a measuring tape- seriously the lightest flick while measuring the space above the tv- cracked the screwn and caused a black half moon on the screen. Within hours there were blue drips all across the top of the screen. It is completely ruined and its not even fully paid for. This tv is absolute junk and I am so disappointed. If you hane active kids or a bif dog with a tail that could tap the screen, this tv is not for you. I am so unhappy with this purchase.

The QLED produces incredibly vivid colors and the audio is a significant step up from other TVs I have owned. If you are searching for a new TV, I highly recommend you check out the models from Hisense.
