It’s definitely water proof. But your phone gets super hot while using it. Obviously, this case isn’t ideal for everyday use. I only use it when we go to the pool because they love making TikToks underwater but the phone gets so hot, it shuts off. Another thing I don’t like is that it’s extremely difficult to take off. I understand its on tight but the company needs to put something in the box to help with opening the cases. Also, sounds isn’t that great when you’re on a call. Sounds muffled.

Case is waterproof, impact resistant, stylish, & talk resistant. No one can hear me and the case causes an echo to the person on the other end.

I’ve dropped it a few times already. No scratches. The knob to turn silent mode on and off is way to tight. Whenever I am on a phone call, the other person has a hard time hearing me. Mic and audio is covered a little bit too well. They should have tested that out before putting the product out. I love the look of the case. It definitely protects the phone. I would return it but it’s waterproof. Good to have for trips the beach or water park. That’s the only reason I’m keeping it. I do use another phone case for daily use.

Good case to seal phone from damage and water. Muffled sound for speaker phone and talking on phone. Not bulky for the level of protection it offers.

Great for protecting phone but people can’t hear me on speaker phone. Camera is a little off to since putting the case on which is a huge problem.

Found out there’s not many Max cases that fully enclose the phone WITH a built in screen protector. Picked this one up as it was the only of its kind left at the time and it seemed to have what I wanted in a case. Turns out there’s no notch cut out of the built in screen protector for the top front facing speaker and the sound was vibrating and rattling the entire case. I actually had to use an exacto knife to cut one out myself. Now I have an $80 case with an ugly makeshift hole in the front. Other than that the actual protection the case provides is pretty good.

What I was looking for in protection and size but Both speaker and on regular calls wear muffled and hard to hear and complaints from person on the line understanding/hearing. Returned for refund.

This case is fantastic! This is so much better than Lifeproof, etc. This case is completely sealed, you do not take it off and find dust and crap inside. It is completely sealed and does not leak or get crud inside. I have had this case since april 2019 and I am very satisfied. I have dropped my phone many times and no bad things have come from it. Case is shock absorbent. Only negative is this: very hard to verbally talk on the phone without using headphones, the case is so well sealed that it muffles sound quite a bit.

The case seems to block mics and speakers. It’s tough hear on phone calls. It covers most of the phone. It’s good for keeping out dust, dirt etc. but not good for the phones audio.

Great case for protection. Echo for callers while on speaker, and loud noise when recording animoji / memoji.

This case is too bulky but offers full protection for your phone and also the cameras are protected

I love the case. I’ve tried just about every waterproof case out there and this one is a great design. It fits in your hand a million times better than the other brands I’ve tried. My one and only problem was the vibration noise I would get from playing sound out of the speakers. If that won’t bother you, this is the case to buy. If it would, I would suggest paying the extra money for the Hitcase pro, which is the best.

The case is nice a sleek awesome design very different from otter box and life proof case which I have used in the pass, however slide quality is horrible. I hade to change this case due to this. I couldn’t hear anyone, any of my voice texts had this static noise in the background. Just a back design

Only 2 stars because the protection is great but I have to sacrifice people not hearing me well on FaceTime or when I'm on speaker. My phone speaker in the back vibrates and voice sounds distorted.

My son has had iPhones for I guess 8 years. I always got a case. This is the first case that I have not seen somewhere else other than on the phone. I’ve seen him drop the phone but it was protected with this case. Gotten it wet but protected by this case. Good quality case.

This is a great case and other than having a hard time hearing through the case when it is up to your ear and you have to talk louder than normal for callers to hear you due to the protection over the mic and speaker I love this case. If you always use bluetooth then you cant go wrong with it.

Just what I needed. Bought this for a vacation trip and worked perfectly. Kept phone dry and sand out. Was even able to take great photos under water.

Great case, dropped my phone many times not a crack. Only issue the side volume buttons fell off.

First off, anyone who purchased this case for daily use clearly didn’t do any research. This is an excellent waterproof phone case. I read countless false reviews in regard to this case. It’s sole purpose is to allow you to use your iPhone in or under water. Anyone who’s phone was damaged by water when using this case either did not perform a water safety test or did not seal the case properly.
