Google Home is fantastic with so many unique features. It's not just for research, or linking it to your home. I found it to also be a tool full of fun and games for the whole family including memory games, trivia and math fun for the kids.

Why on earth the power cord would come out of the front of this device is beyond me. Otherwise it’s a solid product. In my opinion though, the smaller version of this, the puck sized Google Home device, has better sound. Excellent lights on top.

With new services coming online almost weekly, this little guy has gotten closer to the Amazon Echo, with superior performance. Looking forward to seeing what else Google has up it's sleeve for this device, which has become the centerpiece of our home!

For $100 I'm sure you can find a louder and better quality speaker in the market. Only worth buying if its on sale. You're better off buying the smaller one. Does exactly the same thing but has more bass in it.

I can't say it enough, I love Google Home! My family refers to her as my best friend because of how much she is able to do! Buy her! You won't regret it!

Two years later and working like new. Hard to pair other devices. Should be much easier but it’s not. I don’t have any experience with another product line. Overall I’m happy with it

I got the Home google out of curiosity. Now that I’ve had it for a little while, I love it! If I’m listening to music and I’m in the middle of doing something, and I want to turn up the volume, and it done! I now added my Hue light to it.

I have two of these in my home and they work great. I use them to control Nest, Hue and WeMo products. I also use IFTTT. So far everything has worked great. There are a few things that could be better, but Google's updates keep making them better.

Overall its speech recognition is better than Alexa's and much smarter when you ask questions. Only downside is that there are not as many other devices that it links with yet, but I see that improving in the future. The speaker quality is also pretty decent.

did have to set up a goole calendar which I did not have for activities to be listed. Learning curve to ask for reminders etc. I do like the broadcast feature that lets th speakers act like an intercom system.

Only problem I have with this product is the Microphone. It only have 2 Mics so sometimes you have to shout while music is playing. While Alexa has 6 and you can talk normally to it whether music is playing or not. Everything else about this device is awesome.

It works well but after the free trial of Youtube music ends the variety of music stations available is dramatically reduced. We had trouble setting up the calendar. There were also a lot of suggestions that we found online but did not work on the Google Home.

Goggle Home is the best assistant because of the great search engine at her dispense. You can ask her just about anything and she tells you the answer. She is also great at controlling the lights all around my home. Highly recommend this product.

Everything works well but there are a few shortcomings like user switching and the limited about of compatibility with other products due to it being a new device. This should be fixed soon as Google begins to roll out new updates for it. But I really love it.

I have been an Echo owner from the beginning but I am thinking google home has much more potential in the google eco system. My four year can sit for hours asking google questions. My only complaint is the lack of support for private google domains.

The Goggle Home has a lot of capabilities, many of them I am not using just yet. I mainly use the music and news function of it, but planning on adding WiFi smart switches to it soon. Controlling all these functions just with your voice is awesome.

I'm really glad to have this. It can do so many things and on call I can be listening to my favorite tunes. Not to mention they give you 6 months of google play and youtube music for free. I will be purchasing them when i'm done with my free trial.

I am still learning how to use all of its features, but Whwt I really wanted was easy voice commands to control my Harmony Hub. Unfortunately, after extensive setup, the voice detection is spotty and you can only control harmony with one user.

I purchase the Google home because I thought it would be better than Amazon Echo out of the gate, but it's not. Better design, Inferior mics and speaker. The AI is better than Alexa, but 3rd party apps are its weakness. I wouldn't recommend one over the other.

Loved it from day one and it keeps getting better. The whole family uses it daily for various things, timers, music, radio, trivia, weather, calendar, travel times, math, etc. Now if I could keep my kid from using it to cheat on his homework.
