    I use this everyday for my bad back and neck and love it! It helps loosen the muscles up and makes my neck and back feel better! If you have a bad back or neck I strongly suggest investing in one of these.

    I have a desk job and always have upper back and neck soreness. This does a great job of deep massaging those areas. Seems really well built and like the heat function as well. If I have one con...being a short person, I have to make different seat adjustments.
