Have to hold the straps to get tight to neck, so not really a "hands free" device. She has only used it once. I consider that a waste of money. Might work for some folks, but not for us.

I can’t tell if this is an alignment issue, or if it doesn’t “fit” my neck or something else. I felt like I had a sore/damaged muscle for days after trying this.

Bad Design

I, personally, do not enjoy masochist behavior and found it to be useless. It’s Just a bad design. The product needs to have longer straps to rest arms and be able to use while resting your head. The “massaging mechanisms” that apply to your neck are pointed and apply pressure that can be painful at times. The build quality is solid, just a horrible design.
