The company was extremely professional and replaced it at no cost. Try not to leave it on a high setting for too long it will burn out. Other than that hiccup it works well

Unplugged to double check there wasn't any packaging still on it. There wasn't. Plugged it back in and turned on to monitor. Smell continued and then the heater kept shutting itself off. By the time I got around to returning it, my return window had passed, so now I'm stuck with a faulty heater.

After reading the manual I found that this occurs when there is an obstruction too close to the unit. Problem is, ther was nothing near it. I could not figure out the issue so I ended up returning it.

Damaged upon arrival!

It's so cold but disappointing I can't use this. This is so disappointing.

The model HCE645W was easy to operate from the start. The user and safety features are just what we looked for in a space heater for one colder corner of our home.
