This doorbell was perfect for our needs! We live in a rental, and there is no wiring for a doorbell, and there is brick where one should be. We wanted something battery-powered, worked well, and was easy to install, and this fit the bill! It comes with an array of ringtones, and the doorbell itself is sleek. And it was a good price. I think we chose well!

During a remodel we removed the old-fashion doorbell. There are several products available, but we went with this Honeywell Wireless Portable Doorbell. We were not in need of any video or option to talk to anyone at our door, we just needed a doorbell. The added plus is that we can take the unit to our back patio and if anyone rings the bell at the front door, we now know. It has several tunes and lights up which would be beneficial for those that might have trouble hearing or have their TV turned up so loud.

I started out looking at the high end doorbells with cameras. My wife told me that I should look at something simple since one of the occupants is deaf. After reviewing the product, and was surprised about the features in a inexpensive version. It lights up, helps the deaf notice if the doorbells ringing and loud enough to be heard throughout the house. Sound investment if it lasts a couple years. That remains to be seen but for now, I very happy with the purchase.

Greatly impressed by all the features available in this little doorbell. Upon first glance, it looks like the speaker will not be loud enough. Well,...Not only is it heard throughout the house, the flashing strobes on top and colorful front halo really get your attention. Happy with this purchase!

Love this Honeywell doorbell. So easy to install and program. We all like the chimes and the halo lights. I also bought extra push buttons for the other doors. Very easy to program with the existing box. My family loved it to, they all got one for Christmas!

This door bell is great .. bought it for my dad he is hard of hearing so the lights on it helps him to see it is going off it is also loud enough for him to hear

The Honeywell Home - Series 5: Wireless Portable Doorbell with Halo Light and Push Button was very easy to install and set up and is very reasonably priced.

It works great it has different colors u can adjust how loud u want it and for how long u want it really easy to install

I don't get a lot of visitors but when I do I love that it lights up and has great ring tones.

After a storm hit, our electronic doorbell to our home quit working and it was going to be expensive to replace/repair. Went to Best Buy and discovered this economic and efficient replacement. It's a better bell plus adds a light for the notification that we have a visitor. Sits on our mantle inconspicuously so it has been a great product. Recommended.

Nice solution for a remote doorbell in my noisy shop bay. Easy to set up and use and a bunch of options in lights and sounds. Almost too many. Battery life isn't bad, but be prepared to check them after a couple months.

has several different sounds and lights up, with different patterns. Now, we could just get the people to use the darn thing, LOL....

It replaced a 20 year plus system....I love that I can change the sound ...I may expand the system to take to another floor...but not now....

This was a great inexpensive doorbell for my apartment.... My bedroom is so far from the front door that I never hear people when they knock! Great buy and a must have!

Utilized at in laws, they are happy with it and have had no problems with performance and/or sound.
