My dad is a smoker. This machine removes a huge portion of his 2nd hand smoke and the horrible smell, but not all of it. Though, I'm happy with the quality.

It works well but is a little noisy. Also good as a white noise generator.

My daughter was up for 2 weeks straight coughing and congested, barely getting any sleep. Doctors told us it was allergies. They put her on Zyrtec in the morning, flonase and benadryl at night and recommended a humidifier. After reviewing air purifiers we decided to go with this one. After a day of the purifier cycling the air she started sleeping through the night. After 2 weeks we forgot to turn it on in the afternoon so it would be ready for the night. Sure enough she was coughing through the night. With this air purifier we only have to give our daughter Zyrtec during the day. No more flonase and benadryl at night. This was a great buy that I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great unit for a single small room, quiet when you want it to be and powerful when needed. Multi speed levels for different needs. Set it and forget it.

Should have made this purchase years ago! My daughter is allergic to our hypoallergenic dog. Having lived away at college for the last 4 years, her allergies were magnified when she would come home to visit. Friend of hers had one of these and raved about it, so finally made the decision to get her one for her room when she would be home. A bit noisy when it operates but it literally made the difference between her sucking on her inhaler and suffering, and her breathing normally with no medications. Best money ever spent!

This HEPA filter is quieter than others I have owned in the past. It is also very compact. I am happy with my purchase.

We use this in our travel trailer to provide nice clean air inside the camper and as a means of circulating air at night. We use a larger Honeywell model in our home.

Doesn't really remove dust, but freshens up the air

I bought this to try and keep the air clean in a small bedroom (13x13) while a family member had a health issue and keeping germs and allergins at bay was a must and it helped quite a bit. I would recommend this unit for a small room.

With two dogs, a woodsy, plant filled yard and forced air heat, allergies became a problem. This air filter was highly rated and recommended by Dr. relative. Best Buy had it available in store at ex-competitive price. We have found this model so effective in a (max. size for appliance) MBR that we are about to visit Best Buy to purchase larger one for family room. The air cleaner is so quiet it's hard to tell it's on but, the relief from sniffling proves that it is!

While others thought it too noisy, my son likes to use it as white noise also and was not loud enough for him. I personally liked the slim design.

I love this machine and am thinking of buying one more. The filters are easy to find the unit is small could be a little quieter but overall it was the best unit for the price.

Works good i love it cleans the air good in my home

Takes a lot of dust and small particulate matter out of the air. Furnace A/C has a very good filter installed but still some particulates get by and into the air system.

wish it had a timer wish it was less noisy but it is not to loud . it is a great product for the price.

I feel like the air quality in my bedroom has gotten a little better but not sure if it's a placebo effect. My main complaint that it makes a high-pitched whining sound intermittently when I use the highest setting.

I have two of these in my home - one in a dingy gym. They do a superb job - especially dealing with cat dander and mold, two Florida stalwarts.
