I really like this fan. It is light weight but with a good, solid base. Eight different speed settings and all of them are quiet. It really moves some serious air and does quite well to bring the overall room temp down.

I really like this fan because of the many speed options it gives, the price was reasonable, and its not loud (even on its highest setting). It blows cool air like it should, and i like how it has blue colors on it. The look to it is very sophisticated. I love this fan.

I bought the black 8 speed version 1st. It seemed broken because only 5 thru 8 were blowing air. (Last one left & box had been opened.) I decided this 5 speed model in white would look better in the living room. Unfortunately 5th speed is no different than any desk fan. I'm NOT expecting a tornado. But, would like to feel decent air from 10" away. It is very quiet. I deduce quiet comes from lack of blowing power. I had bought a Holmes originally, I like their fans. Power plus quiet. But it too, had been used & wasn't working right and no longer in stock. Next....

The reviews were spot on with this item! I love the multi settings and even at the highest power, it’s still surprisingly quiet. Human and feline approved during this hot and muggy summer!

I really like this fan, but it is noisy on the low speeds. It works well. The remote allows control of oscillation, power, and speed. It is not quiet though.
