The fan is really quiet, but the volume of air blown wasn't enough for me. I was replacing a generic tower fan, but the only thing this fan had going for it was the quietness.

Sometimes it does, but half the time it starts blowing after about ten minutes. It does a good job moving air. Noisier than previous fan, which was not a Honeywell.

I was so pleased with how quiet this fan was to begin with. And of course it’s now past the date of return.
