This fan is specifically advertised as "quiet" and it is not at all. Very disappointed. If it were cheaper it would not be a big deal but it's a pricier fan and doesn't do what it says. It sounds like there's a constant beep or a motor that's about to break the entire time, no matter the setting. Would not recommend if you want quiet. Not very powerful either, can only feel it when you are right up by it.

I'm currently on my second replacement under warranty and both times the same issue occurred. The fan would not turn OFF after 8 hours of usage and when unplugging from the power socket and replugging it back in, it would not turn on again and smells like burned fuse. It is annoying because I obviously got rid of the long box that it came in and they do not supply another box to send it back to them. Also, not sure why the same issue happened twice.

Not the best, better alternatives that work much better. Does the job however.

Its better than a fan, but i dont like the green light that stays while working, remote not easy to use!

I bought this fan thinking it would make my room cooler but it doesn’t. It’s like buying a regular fan but more expensive.

Very weak fan. Feels like the fan is on low while on "max cool". Don't waste your money.

Had a vibration in oscillating mode, when it was brand new and just taken out of the box. Within a few days, it started making a deep groaning sound. Like a ghost in a funny movie. Returned it to the store for a full refund.

Quite but not much air. I tried all the options to increase the wind but no use.

I'm writing this review after 1 year of use. It's super quiet and I used this last summer. It won't disturb sleep.

I would recommend buying if your looking for a quite fan but for a maximum air flow I would go for something else

Love the fan itself, but the remote that comes with it doesn't work. Other than the remote an excellent fan and would recommend to anyone.

Fans is quiet and airflow is not the best. I would turn the fan on and it would randomly turn off and then turn back on. Or I would set it to highest fan setting and turn on oscillation and it will stop oscillating and go to lowest air setting, all without touching the remote or buttons on the fan. Only had the fan for 2 days and will definitely return.

For a fan entitled "Quietset" it is dang loud (faint buzzing from fan) and makes creaky sounds when oscillating. At a few of the speeds, it also vibrates on wooden floors. I have an older model of this fan than is WAYYY more quiet and since I needed a couple more fans for my kids rooms, I thought I'd give this one a try. Bought two and both are loud, so I know it's not just a manufacturing defect on one fan.

Absolutely awful experience. The first one I got the remote was broken and had squeaky fan bearings. So it was replaced by Honeywell (or Helen of Troy, the company that actually manufactured this pile of words I can’t say). And the replacement I got had a horrid electrical whine, making it unusable for sleeping, which is what I got it for (because the name quietset kind of implies it will be, you know, *quiet*?) While I’ve heard many sing the praises of this fan, and I do admit that I may just have a serious case of bad luck. From my own personal experience, I cannot recommend this fan. And I suggest that Honeywell find a new business partner to manufacture their consumer fans. With a commercial pedigree as successful as Honeywells, this is a travesty.

Nice fan. It says quite. Not that quite at high speeds

Great fan for distributing airflow. Highly recommend having an AC hear it from behind to spread out cold air.

I love that it's quiet but it's not as strong as I had hoped for. Good for a warm stuffy day but not much against 80+ degree weather
