Not worth the money

We were really excited about the different settings but the noise that randomly comes and goes is outrageously loud and you can't hear anything over it. You cannot open the fan without a special drill bit so we have no way of even attempting to fix it.

It definitely doesn’t make a room cool. My wife uses for cool direct air at night. It’s hard to get in touch with Honey Well customer service as well.

The advertised "quiet" mode doesn't exist. The trick is that the speed settings are designed to quiet the fan down by slowing down the fan speed (at which point it is somewhat quieter, but doesn't cool anymore).

For example, if using a higher setting, you will feel more airflow from the fan resulting in a higher noise volume. However, this fan should be relatively quiet.
