I have purchased several other brands of fans in the past that claimed to be silent, only to find out they were not! Ended up having to return them. I was hesitant to try another one that claimed to be silent but I figured I would give it one more try. The Honeywell fan checked all the boxes and I am so glad I bought it. Loved it so much that I purchased another one!

Fan is great, but it squeals when it oscillates.

No issues ! Bought 2 , going for the 3rd one for the last bedroom :)

Loved it at first but now not so much

It definitely doesn’t cool down a room as well as my other fans but I wanted something that was really quiet. I have the AC on all night so a light breeze is good enough for me. It worked great for a few weeks. On the first setting you don’t even notice it’s on because that’s how quiet it is. But I noticed in the last 3 days it now has this horrible whistling sound. I tried turning it up to see if it would fix it but you can still hear it. It’s driving me absolutely crazy. My once silent fan now sounds like nails on a chalkboard.
