This is the worst cleaner I have ever purchased. The pick up suction is very poor. Now all the seals are starting to leak. Also there is something wrong with the wash and rinse. Once I changed it from wash to rinse it has now quit discharging the water during wash cycle. And the worst thing , its only six month old and has been used very little.

I decided since I had such great luck with my original Hoover steam cleaner I would give them another shot since mine of 10 years quit working. I used it today when the hubby went to work to see how well it would work. Let me tell you the first 5 mintues were great. It worked wonderful, and then the next 5 minutes the power would just shut off. Today I will be taking this Hoover back and do some more research on steam cleaners before I purchase another one!

I used the Max Extract 60 carpet cleaner exactly 3 times and the part that spins the brushes broke. There was no misuse or abuse and I followed the directions completely. Very disappointed and will not purchase another Hoover product.

We used this in various rooms for two days. When cleaning the unit on the second day, the front Nozzle clip broke. Now it will not vacuum up the water it put down. This is an all plastic, snap together unit. Everything snaps together and snaps apart for cleaning. That is the problem. It is weak plastic. This is a poor toy.

I have this unit for 7 mos. i used it twice only and when im about to use it today, i noticed that the detergent is dripping and water is spilling under. Called hoover, they are just offering me a 25% discount to purchase a new one. That is crazy. I wont be buying hoover product from now on!

Did not remove dog urine despite multiple attempts.
