Compare to its previous one, this one feels nice on hand and most of all dont feel too wide on switch. Buttons excellent to use, highly recommend and loving the color

These grips are way more comfortable than the joycons that come with the Switch, but they feel poorly built. I bought them because some reviews said they had less wiggle and felt more secure than stock joycons but I found that to not be the case for me. Maybe the ones I got are the outlier but there is a good amount of flex/wiggle. Also, the home button is pretty much useless if your Switch is asleep or the screen is off. They don’t have batteries in them so they only work when not in sleep mode

Much more comfortable to game now in handheld. Still fits on the dock with this on too. Dont have to be switching back n forth. Yes, some features are missing like hd rumble and gyro but i think its a good compromise

Had the Hori Switch Pad Pro, then picked this up. Buttons feel nicer, more comfortable in my hand (6’2 guy here), and made my switch feel more uodated.

These split pad pro joycons are great especially for bigger handed people. They sit comfortably in my hands and I never feel like the Nintendo switch itself is slipping through like with the regular joycons. Especially with the added turbo buttons and the mappable buttons that are on the back make it great for when I play shooter games or Pokémon. Definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for a more comfortable grip for playing in handheld mode.

I think they’re really comfortable my only gripe is the blue on the thumb sticks is significantly duller than the blue on the buttons but its not a huge deal.

They're pretty great controllers if all you do really is playing handheld mode like I do. If you play a lot on the TV they cannot be used wirelessly and they do not have rumble and most of the features that the Nintendo switch controllers have but it has an amazing d-pad and it feels very good in the hands, especially while playing very long sessions I would say definitely worth the money at least for me, the regular Joy-Cons are just too small and just cramp my hands
