    I hate BestBuy’s return policy: the case was broken when I received it, but customer service said I could only went to a real store for a replacement. In addition, the store manager should agree on it or I would get nothing. Unfortunately, the nearest store is still far from my location so I gave up but would not give them any chance next time

  • Disk box was broken inside but the disks were okay

    Paid almost 60 bucks for it and the box came broken inside. This game requieres 2 disks so it haves like an extra holder of dvds with hinges, hinges which came broken so the game disks were loose. Other than that the disks worked flawlessly. Probably a shipping issue but still
