Lots of loose parts to tighten before actually being able to use.

Do not buy this scooter! Like other reviews state, if this scooter is out in the rain, it will not turn back on again! The company will not help and state that the battery isn't even covered under the warranty!

Rides very nice! Handles really well. Lots of power!

It worked well enough at first. However, the battery malfunctioned after a few months and would not charge. It has only a 90 day warranty so it became a waste of money.

We bought early since this was on sale. 1 Week after use for Christmas gift, my on sale scooter no longer worked. It was still in the 90 days but the customer service for Hover 1 is terrible and would not replace or repair! Be careful

My daughter loves this. People complaining about this because you just can’t go from a dead stop to throttle on. You need to push off a couple steps then it kicks on. Great scooter

Perfect. My daughter loves it. Variable speed modes made it a great learning scooter. P1 while learning and P2 for after she became comfortable at a higher speed. Would definitely buy again.

It was a great Birthday gift for my college buddy's daughter and she really enjoyed this colorful E-Scotter and rode it almost every day.

My kids love their scooter and so do I. This is a great scooter that holds its charge very well. I love that it holds larger weight so I can ride too.

Love! Love! I purchased for my daughter in college to get around on campus. She talks about it everyday. She says she gets compliments all the time and also where she purchased it.

Not even a month and the throttle came apart, making it unrideable and now I'm inconvenienced with having to deal with the manufacturer instead of the multi billion dollar company I purchased it from! #worstbuy

Battery dead out the box. Never held a charge. Tried to exchange for another one and had none in stock. No wonde they were on sale.

Has not worked at all, and will be returning- got “E2” error message right out of the box. I will be returning this weekend. This was the exact issue with another buyer.

What a fun scooter! I really had never thought of owning an electric scooters, but I now know what I have been missing, this thing is fun! The scooter itself is much bigger than a normal scooter. If you’ve ever ridden one of those electric rentable scooters in big cities, you’ll be right at home. As far as operation goes, there is only one button and very little instruction so you just kind of have to figure things out. (Wish they would have provided better instructions. The button powers the scooter on and off, switches between high and low power (switching top speed from 8 to 15 mph), and lets you turn the front and back lights on for night riding. As far as safety features go, the front light is very bright, but the back light is very small and makes me nervous wondering if vehicles could see it. Riding the scooter is really easy, just a quick kick and you press the throttle and your off. I was very surprised at how fast 15 mph felt on a scooter. If you are thinking that might be to slow, I’m telling you it feels fast. Stopping is easy, there is a front break on the handle and a rear brake you use with your foot like a normal scooter. Both work well and will get you stopped quick. The scooter is rated for 7 miles per charge. It definitely works for riding around the neighborhood for fun, but could see that being really short if you were planning to use this as a real mode of transportation in a city. Overall we’ve had no problems with charge length riding around the neighborhood. Charging is easy and takes a few hours. Just plug in a store away. Storing it is easy since the front bar folds down and can easily line stored under a bed or something. Overall I’m very pleased with this scooter. It’s plenty fast enough, holds enough charge to be a fun activity outside and really like that you can turn down the speed if smaller kids use it. Lots of fun for the family!

Error message E2 on display. I have one very dissapointed child. It was his Christmas Gift. Unable to get a replacement.

First one read error after 2 days.. took it back..second one had no power.. Don’t waste your time or money.. Sorry it’s true

Price is amazing. Works well and has long battery life. Uphill isn't the greatest but for the price it can be expected.

Battery died after 1 month and didn’t charge at all. Avoid this scooter at all costs

Great means of commuting to close friends and it is a fun ride. I like the flexibility of storage too.
