great hover board for a beginner pre-teen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my 11 year old grand daughter loves it. great to be able to control the riding modes. she was able to ride it good in 5 minutes. blue tooth does cut out sometimes but comes right back on. and like other reviews report you can not control the light colors. only reason not giving it 5 stars

Criminal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 Hover1 Rangers and buggies for Christmas for our 9&8 year old kids. Barely used until recently because we live in Canada and the snow just melted. Turned on my daughters for what is essentially the first time she used to the street and it doesn’t move. Called and tried to return to Bestbuy they said no. It’s at 4 months and the warranty is 3 months. Emailed Hover1 service and in a sentence said the same thing and buyer beware. “ did you buy the extended warranty?” All of this is absolutely ridiculous bad service. Kind Regards, James
