Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the computer itself was very nice, and inexpensive for the touch screen, I had some issues with getting the storage to recognize I had deleted the first game I installed. It's a great buy if you are needing this smaller size of space, but it does come with a good chunk (around 20 gb I believe) taken for system. I contacted HP and was told that it "has a chip, not a drive" and that they warranty doesn’t cover software so I'd have to pay 50 dollars to have someone talk to me about the fact that it would not register the removed file. So for me, I just took the laptop back and will look for a larger option that has support. So a really great buy as long as you dont have any issues but be aware of the space and the warranty.

Great inexpensive unit

I didn’t need fancy bells and whistles. This charges fast, had more than enough hard drive space for just documents and has a touch screen which has proven to be more useful than I thought.

He wont use anything withiut a touch screen. He uses it to do computer programming classes. I used it once it felt quite slow but he hasnt complained so its a win.

She was very happy on Christmas Day and has been loving during her animation daily. Product was at a good price but I would have preferred a 15 in at a cost under $200. Curb Pickup was excellent and took lease than 5 mins.

I was not in the market for spending much money and found this computer to be priced well. I wish it had a cd player but besides that I am able to do what I need.
