This features were touch screen and a hard drive! Other than that, it’s a really good laptop to purchase

Slow Operations

First major use was at my son's home in CO this summer. He has broadband Wi-Fi, but I felt I was using dial up. Numerous users, so that may factor in to problem. Although when I use on my home network it is still slow. This includes the time it takes it to start up which is not a network issue. Am trying to trouble shoot now which will include a phone call to HP.

Far too slow

Tried to get it running at what I would consider standard speed (No lag between typing and seeing the letters appear on screen for example) after two weeks I gave up and returned the laptop. Very disappointing.

Great student laptop
