Laptop is very glitchy and slow , only had it a couple of months.

This laptop has great quality including for a very cheap price could work for work and school purposes.

The design is just as described but the back of the laptop arrived loose.

Has some glitches with the mouse pad here and there that’s why I only have it three stars but for the most part it’s doing its job.

Was great until today when my screen turned black. I will have to bring it in for services.

Purchased this item as a open box item as a gift for my granddaughter for christmas it came with profile and password, likely fron previous owner. I called immediately. Customer service was less than helpful over the phone…. Just advised i needed to go to my nearest best buy over an hour away Did not offer any compensation or anything for the issue Really hugely diapointed in the way it was handled. Luckily i could google and figure out how to reset and wipe the laptop clean

Got in in August 2024 brand and since I’ve got it, it’s been falling apart and the keypad and mouse don’t really work. I have taken great care of it just don’t know what to do.

One of the best lap tops I ever owned! I’m doing my masters in nursing online and it is compatible with the programs that are required.

I had my laptop in a padded protected backpack and it fell on the floor and chipped the side of it. Don’t waste your money!

Unfortunately in 2024 you need a machine with a minimum of 16gb of memory. This has 4gb. From the door laptop was slower than a dog taking a hershey swirl. I even tried to reset it and even that was slow. Its like someone at HP was like were sitting on a crapton of celeron processors lets make this hit laptop. Literally,this laptop is nothing more than a paperweight. You have to pay to play and its looking like $500 is the floor not $160 DO NOT BUT THIS LAPTOP

Terrible purchasing experience. The package was damaged during transit and UPS has discard the empty box. I tried to contact with Bestbuy to get my refund. I wait for almost 2 months, still didn't get my refund. Bestbuy kept refused my refund request. The reason for that was Bestbuy warehouse needs to get back the damaged package then issue the refund for me. How can it be? UPS already discarded the box. Can't believe I have to pay for Bestbuy's poor packing.

don’t get this. not even a month into having the computer it gave me a “hardware error” i never had issues until it randomly froze up. i went to a best buy location and returned it. i got my money back. i’m telling you this, do not get this computer.

Works great for my high school student. Runs a bit slow for games but its ok its not ment for those. Everything else like tiktok, school pages all that, run great. Good charge. Not heavy. Cute color. She loves it.

Small but very powerful. Very fast. Light weight, great for traveling.
