I've been wanting a laptop for a long time. I thought I couldn't afford it. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Great product for student use. Set up was straight forward for first time use and my child has had no issues accessing school platforms

This was a graduation gift that was an exceptional purchase for the price.

My boys loved them and use them for all their work and talking with friends.

Very sad and disappointed. I got this laptop home only to realize it wouldn’t power on at all even after being plugged in for awhile, the light wouldn’t even come on when it was plugged in for charging. Unfortunately I’m not able to drive and I have health issues so this was very stressful and upsetting to me, I had to find and pay to find a way back up there and I had to go outside of my budget to avoid getting the same laptop that would possibly have the same issue. There was no compensation or accommodation for what happened. I do appreciate the overall kindness but it didn’t make up for the experience so as much as I love to leave good reviews I don’t recommend this laptop at all and if you do decide to purchase it, I would ask if it could be powered on/plugged in before leaving the store. I did purchase another HP laptop that so far works pretty well. Thank you so much. Have a blessed day everyone

still learning about the specs of the computer. I just dont like it when it starts updating itself.

I purchased the HP 14-inch laptop hoping for a reliable everyday device, but it fell short of expectations. While you can upgrade the memory, the hard drive space is fixed at 128GB. After the initial system updates, only about 60GB was left, which is very limiting. The laptop is not very powerful—I struggled to stream videos on Netflix and YouTube smoothly. If you’re planning to use this for work, projects, or entertainment, I would not recommend it. It might be okay for casual web browsing or light tasks, but that’s about it. Unfortunately, I plan to return it in a couple of days.
