Bought this for my folks as a gift. They love it. Easy to use, light, and does everything they need.

My old Laptop was so slow. With my new HD Laptop I can have my things done in a short time. Very easy to change things to my new Laptop. Very Happy with it.

I have only had the laptop one week so it is difficult to evaluate it as fully as I would like, but the initial view is it meets my needs (internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, photo editing, etc.). I do not game or have any other high demand needs so I cannot evaluate this laptop for any of those items.

Excellent laptop and excellent service from Best Buy. Quick order and I was able to within 2 hours. Wish I could buy another one but it was out of stock

Overall, it's performing as expected. Bought it for my daughter in college. She's overall happy, but a week into ownership it got stuck in blue screen and rebooting a million times per HP Help wasn't working...too busy to bring into BBY immediately...after sitting a week plugged in, I was about to bring it in but wanted to confirm same issue existed and it worked perfectly. No issues since and owned it about 6 weeks, but my gut says blue screen was more something my daughter did vs. the machine. But couldn't give a 5 based off BS I took from daughter about it...lol! Bottom Line; It's basically the laptop you think you're buying.

I like that the laptop isn't too large. It has all the capabilities of my 17-inch laptop, but it's easier to transport. I also like that the battery stays charged for a longer period of time.

Bought this to replace our 9 year old all-in-one Dell desk computer. So far very happy with it. Fast, easy to use, right size for our needs.

Good laptop in general, not too good with more demanding games but it's still pretty good, I wouldn't say that it's a desktop pc alternative but it's still ok for that.

This is a great little PC for those who are on-the-go! It's has enough storage ans speed to get the iob done. No complaints!

This HP AMD 15.5 laptop is sensational. Easy setup and I love Windows 11 operating system. 16 meg of ram speeds up the processing.

Ordered on line and so easy to pick up. Best Buy was there to answer any additional questions Computer itself is light weight, not hard to set up.

I was very surprised at the performance of this laptop. It's very responsive. I deleted a lot of Microsoft and HP Bloatware. It's great for casual use and at the same time it takes on heavy duty tasks effortlessly.

Bought this as my old HP was feeling its age and was giving me issues at a bad time as I was prepping my tax returns. The Geek folks at the store assisted me with that. However, I was advised to replace the laptop. This product was on sale ar a great price, Love the 16GM memory. Not a gamer but use it for all my personal needs. This laptop was a good price and had windows 11 on it. The speed comes up fast. I don’t have to wait and it has good memory.
