I run this computer pretty hard with some of the software i have on it and it does great.

Nice PC for the price. Great for surfing and everyday activities. Found 2 price drops and the chat feature worked great to get the lower price. Does what I need.

My old Laptop was so slow. With my new HD Laptop I can have my things done in a short time. Very easy to change things to my new Laptop. Very Happy with it.

For the price this laptop its worth getting for light gaming. Can run games like farcy (ive tried up to 6 so far without issues), civilization, emulators and some xbox gamepass games as well as steam. I don't recommend this for heavy gaming but for lighter requirement gaming i can't complain.

Overall, it's performing as expected. Bought it for my daughter in college. She's overall happy, but a week into ownership it got stuck in blue screen and rebooting a million times per HP Help wasn't working...too busy to bring into BBY immediately...after sitting a week plugged in, I was about to bring it in but wanted to confirm same issue existed and it worked perfectly. No issues since and owned it about 6 weeks, but my gut says blue screen was more something my daughter did vs. the machine. But couldn't give a 5 based off BS I took from daughter about it...lol! Bottom Line; It's basically the laptop you think you're buying.

I have only had the laptop one week so it is difficult to evaluate it as fully as I would like, but the initial view is it meets my needs (internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, photo editing, etc.). I do not game or have any other high demand needs so I cannot evaluate this laptop for any of those items.

Bought this to replace our 9 year old all-in-one Dell desk computer. So far very happy with it. Fast, easy to use, right size for our needs.

This is a great little PC for those who are on-the-go! It's has enough storage ans speed to get the iob done. No complaints!

I like that the laptop isn't too large. It has all the capabilities of my 17-inch laptop, but it's easier to transport. I also like that the battery stays charged for a longer period of time.

This was an excellent product that got me through an insane year of grad school. I could run a Zoom and work on projects at the same time!

Excellent computer! Works great and perfect size. I find this laptop suitable for my needs at the price. Backlit keyboard is another big plus for me as I use it a lot a night, For the price in my opinion, it is a great laptop.

This HP AMD 15.5 laptop is sensational. Easy setup and I love Windows 11 operating system. 16 meg of ram speeds up the processing.

Good quality lab top. Enough memory and great storage space. However, I opted to exchange for a Lenovo that was more compact for me to take with me on the go anywhere.

Ordered on line and so easy to pick up. Best Buy was there to answer any additional questions Computer itself is light weight, not hard to set up.

Bought this as my old HP was feeling its age and was giving me issues at a bad time as I was prepping my tax returns. The Geek folks at the store assisted me with that. However, I was advised to replace the laptop. This product was on sale ar a great price, Love the 16GM memory. Not a gamer but use it for all my personal needs. Best Buy came through for me, Thank you.
