Simple to use and perfect for my needs. The App Store is my favorite part. It is also light and slim which makes this a great laptop for travel as well.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. With the mobility and battery life this laptop offers I just throw it in my bag and just go. I do make sure it has a full battery before i head out and it lasts me the whole day of writing and surfing the web for research. If watching movie or streaming I would recommend a portable battery pack to keep you going. It is perfect for my writing needs.

Easy to setup and use. Bright almost 3d color display. Performance great, use for work, email, web searching.

Excellent computer! Works great and perfect size. I find this laptop suitable for my needs at the price. Backlit keyboard is another big plus for me as I use it a lot a night, For the price in my opinion, it is a great laptop.

Overall the laptop is working decent, and for $299 the thing was a steal for the performance. The issue I had was with the built-in rtl8852be-vs WiFi card and hidden SSID networks. Using the latest driver the laptop would repeatedly disconnect. I solved this by reverting back to the Jan 17, 2023 (sp144636) WiFi driver update from HP's site and manually installing via device manager. Hoping this helps another user.

I had an HP 14 stream laptop that was god awful! I have beeb researching on a laptop around my budget to get for work. This laptop is so fast and so well while im multitasking. I seen ehere someone said something about the screen colors, which is true but its not even that noticable. Im sure there is better out there but i got this for 300$ and im happy! Id recommend this to anyone looking for something basic for work or school, not for 600$ though.

Bought the laptop as a gift. Runs excellent. My only complaint is Windows 11 being in S mode automatically, but it's quick and easy to get rid of it.

OK, I'll start with how disappointing it is having these machines loaded with Windows 11S! Really, a PC that you can't download Turbo Tax, etc., etc. I tried all the internet workarounds to eliminate S without creating a microsoft account...just doesn't work. Finally surrendered, created the account, and switched out of S. Now have a machine that is actually useable. I'm 76 years old and no computer guru...but I know S mode wasn't going to work for my needs.

Great computer. Son received for Christmas and is using for light gaming/videos. System is fast and charged quickly.

Works even better than I had hoped for and the price was too good to be true. Very happy with this purchase.

This laptop is the best I've ever had. It's 16 RAM, powerful, AMD Ryzen is great. The camera and sound are really nice; I use it for web apps as well as business matters, and I usually get high compliments from tech people. The graphics are great, but I'm not a gamer, and I'm told there are better computers for heavy gaming. But this more than fulfills my needs. Keyboard is really cool, and you can sync your smartphone, too!

The reason I didn't give this laptop 3 stars is the price. I paid $350 for it, and it has excellent specs for such a cheap computer. The CPU and RAM are good, though in my use (of about a week), the computer occasionally will turn freeze up and turn black before becoming unstuck, which I wouldn't expect given that I was browsing the web. However, I will be returning this laptop, and the reason is the screen. The quality is very low. It reminds me of my first laptop that I got back in 2004. It has a bit-depth of 6, which is pitiful compared to other laptops. This means that it is missing a lot of the color spectrum. It only has 200 nits, meaning that the brightness is low and it is difficult to see the screen when the sun is out. Overall, the screen is basically just unusable to me.

This has been a fantastic computer. It's lightening fast, and I had no problem setting it up when I got it. The keyboard is wonderful, and I have not had any major issues that I am aware of. The only tiny thing that isn't 5 stars is the screen color. It's colors are off, but not completely. Everything just looks a tiny bit different on the screen. Other than that, I love it. I would absolutely recommend this laptop to everyone I know.

Very impressed so far that it's not running like it's cluttered one year after purchase. Most laptops and computers seem to have issues after heavy use in just a year, but this one is operating like new even with a lot of storage used.

It Works well. It is not too heavy, no issues on battery life. for basic school needs it fits the bill.

Great value. Love feel of keyboard. Gray keys are easy to see. Light weight for size.

Seems OK a week after purchase. Due to Windows and HP bloatware, it took about an hour to put these to bed. Surprise! This PC ships with Windows 11 /S. What is that, you say? It means nothing will install that doesn’t come from the Microsoft Store, rather like Apple’s App Store. Many/Most vendors won’t pay such commissions, like TurboTax. So I had to mess around 3 hours figuring how to disable /S mode. Found it on the internet; quite easy. But I am slow, eh? TurboTax then went right in. I ordered a Blu-Toof mouse, and an external DVD drive, for some old programs that are sentimental faves. And don’t require monthly FEES. 1 lump of coal, and 4 stars. Enjoy the very low price, which will leave you with lots more to spend on precious mugs for friends and family.

Got a perfect laptop with the open box policy. The laptop runs well, storage is decent, batery is ok.
