I’m really impressed with the screen size and display quality—it’s easily the standout feature and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Performance is solid, but I expected more from a 13th Gen Core i7 processor. Compared to some competitors, it feels a bit sluggish at times, which was a little disappointing given the specs. Overall, it’s a capable device, but the performance doesn’t quite match the premium feel of the display.

I love the mouse pad on this laptop. It is really lightweight and skinny. Had no issues so far. Love it.

Finally decided to get rid of my desk top and was looking for some thing faster and bigger screen. So far it is working good for me.

Got this computer for work and she is great. Everything works smoothly and apps open quickly. Only con I would say is battery life is not as long as I expected. (4/5 hours when connected to all my work programs) but I may just need to adjust settings. Overall she's a great laptop!

I was looking to upgrade from a 14 year old laptop that seemed like it took 15 minutes to boot up. Well this was exactly what I wanted minus the smallish hard-drive, but that was easily fixed with a 2TB swapout and I couldn't be happier.

So, for years my husband has been buying refurbished PCs for me and they don't last long...I have a pile of them just sitting here. After the last one bit the dust he ordered another generic brand I've never heard of. I had enough and started doing my own research to find my new best friend. I found this one at Best Buy and bought it on the line and pick up was quick and easy. I must say, I love this PC! It's perfect and I have high hopes that it will last longer than all the others combined. Thank you Best Buy!

It is very fast and intuitive. the battery life is not the best but it is just fine for me. It runs games well even though it is not a gaming pc. It checks all boxes.

Updated laptop for my Mom. She loves how much lighter it is to her 4-5 year old model. Tricky to find the power button because its in the top row of keys. I was able to moved all her old account and files with no issues.

I needed to purchase two laptops for Christmas and was having a terrible time getting in on sales. I found this i7 laptop with everything I needed. And it was still on sale. I am very pleased with this laptop. I have had many good years with various HP laptops and I hope this will give me more. I was a bit afraid of W-11 but this hasn't been a problem for me so far. I also appreciate how easy it was to pick up at the store. I had a doctor's appointment in near the Best Buy store (40 miles away from my home) and it was a quick, efficient process.

This laptop is great. I like the touchscreen and that its lightweight. It runs fast and i plan to use it for a long time

We have been buying HP computers for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I decided to purchase another brand last year to maybe save some money. Ooops bad choice. It died and could not be repaired. Got my money back because I took out the extra warranty and bought another HP. This computer is awesome. I learned my lesson.

very nice laptop to replace old Dell. screen display very good bold colors and clear viewing. have not used touch screen capabilities yet as I do not like finger prints on screen. I am very happy with this new set up

I am very happy with it, especially the Touch-Screen. My last laptop did not have it. That is the best way to go for me. I am always happy with Best Buy. They take good care of their customers and I am always a repeat customer! Thank you for your service and products.
