I had a old model of the same. This one its 1000 times faster and stable. For all my school work!!!! I purchased on black Friday and the price was amazing!!!!!

I am very happy with it, especially the Touch-Screen. My last laptop did not have it. That is the best way to go for me. I am always happy with Best Buy. They take good care of their customers and I am always a repeat customer! Thank you for your service and products.

I needed to purchase two laptops for Christmas and was having a terrible time getting in on sales. I found this i7 laptop with everything I needed. And it was still on sale. I am very pleased with this laptop. I have had many good years with various HP laptops and I hope this will give me more. I was a bit afraid of W-11 but this hasn't been a problem for me so far. I also appreciate how easy it was to pick up at the store. I had a doctor's appointment in near the Best Buy store (40 miles away from my home) and it was a quick, efficient process.

Not a Windows fan…switched to Mac several years ago. However, I wanted something to play my very old Big Fish games on when Windows 10 was no longer supported. Good computer but still not a fan of anything dealing with Windows. Works like everything else does that uses the Windows platform.

I've had several HP laptops and they are always reliable and easy to use. This is a great size. I have a 17-in HP laptop I've had for several years and it still works fine but I wanted one that wasn't quite as heavy and more "portable". This one fits the bill for me and the Geek Squad was GREAT and fast at helping me to move all my documents over. Would highly recommend HP laptops and using the Geek Squad membership.

I recently purchased an HP laptop from the Best Buy Warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut, and had a great buying experience. The staff were very helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for. They guided me toward options that matched both my needs and my planned budget. Although the in-store buying options are somewhat limited, the selection available on display was still enough for me to make a confident decision. In addition, the Best Buy website and mobile app were excellent resources—they provided clear details, comparisons, and availability information that made the process even easier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and support I received. Great experience!

So far, very good. I just use it for work and personal tasks, not gaming at all. I do not need any sophisticated features and I was particularly interested in the ports that this model has, so my needs are very basic. It's fast, not intrusive and not heavy. Keyboard is soft, very comfortable and numeric pad was a must for me. It would have been great to have at least 1 Tera.. I didn't test the battery life yet....

I recently purchased this laptop, excellent display and performance and good battery life. Absolutely worth the money and I am satisfied. I would recommend it to purchase.

Good computer, I use a similar one for work and I figure if our tech savvy IT guys trust HP, I can as well. I appreciate the full keyboard with the number pad as well as the touch screen. It works for my needs and I'm sure can do a whole lot more!

I bought an excellent laptop and it is an answer to my computer requirements. It has a lot of memory that I can use to store large amount of data.
