I wasn't aware of the touch screen when I bought it, takes some getting use to for me. But not for my boy friend. works great, easy to use. Glad I bought it.

This laptop is perfect for traveling. Its system is fast and the graphics are perfect.

Easy and fast, I had a 9 years old and we knew we needed a new one but didn’t know which one then an expert sales representative lead us to make a decision towards price and performance. Very happy with this decision.

Honestly it was a quick laptop in a pinch because my main one needed to be repaired. solid replacement laptop I would say good for the day to day and just as a general pc.

Had to replace my old GP Laptop. I went to the the Best Buy in Mesquite Texas. My old laptop had the I-3 and small amount of storage. I bought a new 15” HP with I-7 and a lot more storage. The Geek Squad was so helpful in getting the computer set up and getting my data transferred. The new laptop is so much faster and reliable.

The HP Laptop is awesome. One of the best laptops I ever had. I can download major applications I need because I am a creative. Jamison was so nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. Jamison explained to me all the parameters surrounding the laptop. A well mannered gentlemen. He is well deserving of a management role.

Purchased for my wife, she retired recently and was use to HP laptops. She loves it. It works great for what she wants it to do. Would definitely recommend.

I brought the laptop to replace my wife's older laptop. It is a lot easier to use and maintain than her older one. It loads very quickly and she has had no issues with internet connectivity. She is very pleased with this laptop and finds that it is a lot easier to use than her older one.

This laptop is working well for my purposes. The screen is large enough for my weakening eyes and the keyboard is just great. The only draw back is that the speakers are a little low; I like to listen to music on HIGH.

My old lap top was getting slower and slower . Geek squad cleaned up all old unnecessary entrees and the new one is doing great. THANK YOU !

For the price point, this computer has done a great job for my needs. I am not a gamer, so cannot speak to that, but for maintaining household files, photos, general research, using word, spreadsheets and power-point, and travel planning, my laptop has worked beautifully. Only downfall is there is a relatively short battery life before needs recharge.

I was able to finally take my proctored exam without any issues. I like the fact that it is touch screen and has a lot of features that's embedded and the display is nice. The board has a nice feel and is real slick. I love the battery saver and the option to connect to the blue tooth.

The HP computer is great, fast, and really like it. I thank the crew at Best Buy for helping select and getting me in the right direction as far as selection, Very Pleased.
