It’s so bad that I returned the laptop to different store of Best Buy I bought it. It’s going to be 28 days now that my cash 210:71cents has not been given to me, I was first told 10 to 15 days it passed, and another 7days passed another 7 to 10 days given to me is going to expire tomorrow. Why? One of your head in best buy at belateria in Richmond area told since it was bought in different stores they cannot do anything and I asked is it not same Best Buy the man refused it. In two days time it will be a month I’ve been waiting for my money.

The product looks great. I have usdd it a few hours and it has worked great.

The sales clerk was extremely helpful witj the laptop. Explained everything in terms I could understand, at age 75. And was surprised at the offer for a $30.00 gift card to apply for credit.

Its fast. Light, not bulky or heavy at all. The slim body allows it in any space. I didn't expect it to be this slim based on the previous HP I owned, took me by surprise. Battery life is good. That touchscreen capability is such a great touch.

This was a great choice for home use and keeping track of all my information that I want to keep up to date.

I like the product because its a touch screen and the size of it is great for a college student which is why I rated a 4. However, my college student has trouble with log in... it won't let her log in and when she does at times it kicks her out.

I am SOOOO happy with my new laptop! It has everything that I need, it was easy to set up and transfer stuff from the old laptop. The touch screen will make my work much easier and efficient. The optics are an unexpected upgrade from my old HP. It's just 100% in all categories! The good folks at Best Buy are incredibly professional, efficient and helpful. Overall a fabulous experience and I am incredibly pleased with the HP laptop

First time owner of a laptop. So far I'm loving it!! Very easy to navigate. Geek squad people are extremely helpful when I'm not understanding something. Highly recommend.

This is my third time buying this brand of computer, laptop, touchscreen, and I have never been disappointed. They worked great never had a problem. Definitely recommend this product, especially to people who are newer, even though the computer is very advanced.

Easy setup. Seems great so far for our needs! The battery life is not as long as expected, tho.

It does what I need. It would be better if the battery life before recharging was longer. But you get what you pay for.
