Works well but traps you into the Microsoft Azure & Google verification schemes. Very difficult to just set a password on the machine and not be forced to use Authentication from Microsoft Azure & Google.

I am very satisfied with my new HP Laptop to replace my older HP Envy Laptop. I needed a keyboard with the number keys for my spreadsheets. The Geek Squad was great to work with while transferring my data and customer service has also been great. Would highly recommend.

I enjoy this laptop very much considering what I need and use it for. If you’re looking for something that is within your budget, touchscreen and equipped with a very good processor than this is it. Not one of the gaming laptops or something like that - just a good everyday laptop for the ones who just need to email, search the internet or watch shows on streaming platforms.

I saw this item online and thought it was a great buy for a laptop with a touch screen and a backlit keyboard! Except when I got it home I was very disappointed to find out it did not have a backlit keyboard after all! But the specs online definitely said it did!...very deceiving...fix specs on the website!
